How do you organically grow Twitter account?

I know that

• posting regularly
• "natural" engagement

• retweets, likes

  is probably the best way to grow. But is there something that worked for you when growing your Twitter account? I feel like the fastest way to get many followers is to just blindly follow everyone. Which is stupid. I would like to grow my Twitter organically.
