(☞ﾟヮﾟ)☞How do I start an Instagram for my art?

Hi, I'm Naty aka PandaFlauge, I am a 19-year-old illustrator and freelancer, I draw a lot of anime\manga fan arts and occasionally original characters. Recently I had an idea, "what if I posted all my art on Instagram?" But I don't really know how to use Instagram let alone gain followers (´-﹏-`；) This is where you guys come in, I need tips, suggestions, ideas, tutorial, any and every help I can get from you guys, help me grow as an artist. I want to make a name for myself (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
